<p style="text-align: justify;">Ce texte est un conte facétieux en occitan languedocien qui parle d'un curé trompé par ses paroissiens, qu'il finit par prendre à leur propre jeu. Poète héraultais peu connu par ailleurs, Léopold Vaur serait né autour de 1848, d'après les informations qui nous sont parvenues sur lui. Il semble être originaire du canton de Gignac, étant signalé par sa présence sur les communes de Campagnan, Paulhan et Saint Bauzille de la Sylve. </p>
<div style="text-align: justify;">Aquel tèxte es un conte escarniu en occitan lengadocian que parla d'un curat enganat per sos parroquians, que fenís per préner a lor pròpre jòc. Poèta erautés pauc conegut per alhors, Leopòld Viaut seriá nascut a l'entorn de 1848, d'aprèp las informacions que nos son pervingudas sus èl. Sembla èstre originari del canton de Ginhac, estant signalat per sa preséncia sus las comunas de Campanhan, Paulhan e Sant Bausèli de la Seuva.</div>
