<p lang="fr-FR">Il était une fois, un clown, une paillasse comme on dit chez nous. Ce n'était pas un comique de la sainte fleur, pas moins il savait un peu faire rire, un peu faire peur, néanmoins, un brave clown au plus profond de son cœur !</p>
<p lang="fr-FR"> </p>
<p lang="fr-FR">Il avait une petite guenon. Il l'appelait Mon Cœur. Elle était plus que jolie, terriblement intelligente et bougrement coquine en même temps. Le clown l'aimait bien sa petite guenon.</p>
<p lang="fr-FR"> </p>
<p lang="fr-FR">Quand il faisait chaud, c'était Mon Cœur qui allait chercher l'eau ; quand il faisait froid, c'était Mon Cœur qui allumait le feu. Finalement, elle n'était pas tant haïssable que ça, la Mon Cœur...</p>
<p lang="fr-FR">Néanmoins, elle avait la pire des habitudes : chaque fois que la lune était ronde dans le ciel, elle voulait monter jusqu'à elle, de toutes ses forces elle voulait sauter sur elle, elle pleurait, elle faisait des caprices, elle pleurait que c'était le clown qui ne voulait pas la laisser aller sur la lune.</p>

<p lang="fr-FR">Elle devenait impossible et le pauvre clown devenait malheureux, tant malheureux que les gens disaient:</p>
<p lang="fr-FR"><br />«Il est si triste ce pauvre clown ! Ce n'est pas possible, c'est un bouc émissaire !".</p>
<p lang="fr-FR"><span lang="fr-FR">Vite vite, le clown se précipitait chez la marchande de grimaces, de moues et de postiches. </span>Il en achetait à s'en remplir les poches<span lang="fr-FR">. Il retournait dans son cirque, il en mettait un sur son nez, et se jetait sur la piste, « clowner » tant et </span><span lang="fr-FR">si bien que les gans frappaient dans leurs mains...</span></p>

<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;">Un còp èra, un clown, un palhassa que disèm en cò nòstre. Èra pas un comic de la sanflorada, pasmens sabiá un pauc far rire, un pauc far paur... Ça que la, un brave palhassa al trefons de son còr !</p>
<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;">Aviá una monineta. La sonava Mon Còr. Aquela èra mai que polideta, bograment intelligenta e bograment coquinassa a l'encòp. Lo palhassa l'aimava plan sa monineta.</p>
<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;">Quand fasiá caud, èra Mon Còr qu'anava quèrre d'aiga ; quand fasiá fred, èra Mon Còr qu'alucava lo fuòc. Fin finala, èra pas tant aissabla qu'aquò, la Mon Còr...</p>
<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;">Pasmens se rabalava la tissa de las tissas : cada còp que la luna èra redonda dins lo cèl, voliá montar cap a ela, a tota bomba voliá sautar sus ela, plorava, s'encapriciava, bramava qu'èra lo palhassa que la voliá pas daissar anar sus la luna.</p>
<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;"><br />Deveniá impossible e lo paure palhassa deveniá malurós, tan malurós que las gents disián :</p>
<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;">« Qu'es triste aquel palhassa ! Pas possible, es un patiràs ! »</p>
<p lang="oc-FR" style="text-align: justify;">Lèu-lèu, lo palhassa s'encorissiá en cò de la marchanda de grimaças, monas e reganhons. Ne crompava plen sas pòchas. S'entornava dins son circus, ne cargava una sus son morre, s'escampava sus la pista, palhassava tant e mai que las gents picavan de las mans...</p>
