<h3>Le racisme anti-province</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pour ce dernièr épisode, Josiane Ubaud fait un pas de côté de l'entrée purement ethnobotanique, pour achever cette série sur une critique d'un racisme "jacobiniste" qui a été une composante de la disparition progressive de la langue occitane. Ainsi, dans le passé la fabrique d'un stéréotype du "méridional", par des partisans de la domination de la couronne de France, à contribuer à emporter la bataille des consciences assurant de la légitimité de la conquête de la moitié sud de l'actuelle France.</p>
