<h3>La Chronique de Mascaro</h3>
<p>Il s’agit du registre des affaires de la commune années après années de 1336 à 1390. <br /><br />Jacques Mascaro, Écuyer des Consuls, a rédigé cette Chronique. Il raconte selon son point de vue les événements importants de la ville de Béziers en employant l’occitan alors d’usage. <br /><br /></p>
